Hello everyone!

Here at Petals, we started our day by finishing our Easter eggs and practicing our scissor skills. We also folded origami for our cards for Asahi Youchien and OGA. Rigel asked if he could play with cars.

S: *Had the firetruck* (I’m) fighting the fire.

During circle time, we danced to our favorite nursery rhymes, J asked if we could dance to “The Floor Is Lava”, and then we sat down to practice our name song. Almost everyone has mastered spelling their names, we are so proud!

J: The Floor Is Lava!

D: Evita, look! ( asking his teacher to look at him while his dancing)

M: I touched the flower!

We gathered near Evita and she read the book, “My Family- My Mom and Dad” by Claudia Harrington. She revisited our lesson yesterday about moms and dads. Petals mentioned their moms’ names and later shared  their dads’ names.
