QUESTION OF THE DAY

R: Can you tell a story without talking?

Almost everyone said no, but lets keeping thinking about it! How can we communicate without talking?

R: With your lips!

M: Or you can do like mmm mmm mmm!

R: With hands.

S showed us how to make different letters in Hebrew with his hands!

S: In Hebrew, this is ah!

R: Maybe if you’re angry, you can stomp your feet!

We took turns showing different emotions and feelings using our face and body movements. It was pretty easy to figure out most of them, but a few left us a bit puzzled!

STORY TIME

We read a book today called The Red Book by Barbara Lehman. Not long after beginning, we noticed something!

R: Why are you not reading!?

We looked at the pages and realized that there weren’t any words to read! As we turned each page, we tried to figure out what was going on and put our own words to the story. We didn’t need words for the author of the book to tell their story. What other ways can we share a message without words?

Have a wonderful evening! See you tomorrow!

Love,

Flowers XOXO
