Building Tower Mansions

Happy Wednesday everyone! We are halfway through the week.

This morning, we had many different activities to choose from. Some friends continued to make their Oni masks to prepare themselves for Setsubun. M made a 3 horned orange Oni while T made a hairy Oni. They looked so scary!

Some friends chose to make a surprise for Vieda. We miss her so much and cannot wait for her to come back.

CIRCLE TIME

We started by counting how many friends we had in the circle. 1,2,3… 15! We had 15 friends in circle today. The teacher said we will play a new game. What is it? What is it? Everyone was so curious and excited. The teacher said we first need to get into teams.

R: What about 4 teams?

No, that won’t work. One team will have 3.

Y: How about five 3s?

Let’s count. Yes! That works. We got into 3 groups of 5. The game was to see which team can build the tallest tower out of blocks. We have Team I don’t know, Team girl boy, Team losing. The winner was Team I don’t know!

QUESTION OF THE DAY

R: Have you always lived in the same house?

R: No, in other countries too. In Chiba also.

T: Today not at hotel. At snow hotel. So hot and so strong.

O: I used to have a big tower. I tell Mommy scary. We do Oshikoshi.

R: What is oshikoshi?

O: Ohiikoshi! Change the house. Big tower to small tower. I looked at the tower and it was so big. So clean and so many toys. It was up, up, up.

M: When I go to London my floor is 6.

M: No, when I was up to 2 years old I lived in a small house. Then I do to medium house. Up to 4 years old.

Y: I live in the same. With mommy and daddy. Its in Japan. Its close to Ohana. It takes 5 minutes. Go straight then this way and turn this way and turn 2 ways then pass Robot Park. At home I have toys.

T: Yes, I changed the floor, but same house. Now 8, before 1.

S: Changed to small house. It’s mansion.

We have many friends who stayed in the same house as when they were babies and we also have other friends who moved many many times. It is exciting to keep learning about everyone’s homes and families.

Have a wonderful evening!

Love,
Flowers
