Mister sun, mister golden sun!

Happy Wednesday everyone!

What a beautiful weather today!

On the first activity table we played with playdough, I made snakes with N while M made a snowman or lots of pancakes and I made lots of little dumplings!

On the second activity table we made a new craft! Finally the sun is back and we are going to capture it with our buds friends to keep it in the buds class! It's time for us to make our sun catchers!

First we asked ourselves, what is the color of the sun? We then chose red, yellow and orange to make our crafts to represent the sun!

We used circles of transparent plastic papers on which we glued our tissue papers of different colors, we will catch you Mr sun!

P and M worked hard to do this activity, Y loved it so much that she did it twice and T loved seeing the result by putting his circle in front of the window to see the light reflecting on his craft!

In the free play area we played with the mega blocks and all our friends worked together to make a big tower! L, N and D did incredible teamwork!

For circle time we did our good morning song and our name game. We then talked about the sun and the light and the color change that happens on our craft with the sun catchers! We love you very much Mr Golden Sun, you’re magic!

We then went outside earlier after finishing our snacks to walk around the streets around the school and look at all the flowers, all the different colors and what the sunlight does on it! It was so beautiful, like our suncatchers!

We then stopped on our way by the park to play in the sandbox with the sand toys before returning to school to eat our lunches!
