Halloween Party!
We were so excited for today! It’s finally time to dress up and have our Halloween party! We had free play with the cars but soon after it was time to get ready for snack and then LET THE PARTY BEGIN!
After snack we gathered around as Sayaka read us The Three Billy Goats Gruff by Paul Galdone. Then we sang our hello song with everybody's name except this time we sang what our costume was. We had 2 Wonder Women, a rainbow cat, batman, spider man, a ghost, a robot princess, Elsa, Cinderella, 2 witches and a unicorn. Now, it’s our time to show off our costumes by having a little fashion show. We took turns walking down the catwalk and struck a pose in front of the photographer Tia and Sayaka. It was wonderful to see everyone’s moves. After the fashion show it was time to play with the Halloween activities that we’ve been staring at since walking in the room. We had three activities set up.
Crazy Monster Craft - We made a monster headband that we talked with Sayaka about earlier this week.
Creepy Cooking Corner- We made Halloween slime with Pauline. It had glitter, spiders and other halloween materials in it.
Haunted Halloween Maze- We play in the maze with our friends and Kai.
You can tell from the pictures that we had so much fun! We even lost track of time because we played so much. Since today was a special day our parents also packed some special sweet snacks for us! We usually don’t have any chocolate in class but today we had lots! It was a great way to end our lunch and the day. We hope you’ll have a wonderful Halloween weekend!
