Shinenkai 2015

We welcomed the New Year 2015, with a wonderful party at Ohana International School, on Friday 16th January. As you can see from the photos, a great time was had by all. The food was endless and the selection could have matched that of a catering company. We had "real" Italian ziti made a la Marsillo together with Turkish soup, baked brie and baguette, pasta salad, sushi, home made sushi rolls, meat, fish, Asian cabbage salad, canapes, rice dishes, quinoa salad, home made meat pies, home made spinach pies........and more. Together with all the savoury dishes, we had a dessert table, laden with things for the sweet toothed food aficiaonado;  Italian nougat, home baked carrot cake, 'karinto' doughnuts, chocolate macadamias, cookies, sweet nuts and more. The location of the drinks on the deck outside was just perfect and the combination of the alcohol and the heater, kept everyone warm for a long time.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended the party, for your generosity and for helping to create a great atmosphere.....and to all who helped set up and clean up, thank you so much. We look forward to the next celebration at Ohana International School with you all as well as some of our families who wanted to attend and were unable to do so.
