Our patrol car's fresh coat of paint!
Wednesday, January 31st: our patrol car’s fresh coat of paint!
Hey hey! It's a wonderful Wednesday!
This morning on the front table were fine motor threading puzzles laid out along with button snap rainbow straps! N loves these puzzles and eagerly shared them with all his friends!
In the playroom, D and N were busy preparing yummy treat for our community helper toys!
At the back table, we painted our own police patrol cars on the back table! M loved painting so much and held the brush like a pro! Nice work! We will add a star and flashy light on top when the paint dries!
When we finished cleaning up to prepare for circle time, we noticed Brandon wearing the police officer’s cap and a badge! He read us a story called “sergeant murphy’s busy day” by Richard Scary! We got to see a day in the life of a police officer! We learned that sergeant murphy sometimes needs to help direct cars if the stop light needs repair! Wow!
Pretty soon it was time for us to gobble down our snacks and head out to the park! Today we visited the sand box and used all our might to dig for treasure and use our imaginations to build ice creams, takoyaki and more! I baked an ice cream cake with N and M. Wonderful team work! N and D pretended to be at a construction site and moved the earth together! Some of us even went down the slide!
Do you have a favorite slide? Please show us a picture!
Have a great afternoon!
Love,
Buds
