Movie Day!
We could not believe that today was the last day of the school year! Wow, what an amazing year it was😊 It was a year filled with great memories spent with great friends. Park times were not just fun times but great opportunities for us to develop our gross motor skills and hone our teamwork skills. We had a wonderful learning journey to show our love for our earth every day in the class. We loved playing with blocks, dinosaurs, role-playing, and drawing! We are so proud to say, “see you later!” to our friends who have gone and those who are going to big school. And of course, are very happy to know that some of us will stay for the coming school year. A big congratulations to all Flowers friends! Thank you so much to our dear parents, carers, teachers, and friends for everything! We love you all!
As what we had decided yesterday, we had our “movie night” today! Some of our friends changed into their pajamas, while some also brought blankets and pillows and everyone had popcorn for snack time (which we ate while watching the movie!). Everyone stepped into the room this morning with an extra beautiful smile and said, “Today is movie night, right?”! We could not take our eyes off our blankets and pillows that our teachers let us put them on the bench by the door. We had lots of giggles and singing while we were watching the movie, “Sing”. Movie “night” at school is simply amazing!
After the movie, we were a bit surprised when our teachers said that it was home time soon. Then we remembered that it was early dismissal today. Time flies so quickly in Flowers! When our teachers said that it was time to get ready for home time, we replied, “Ohhhh! Home time already?”. So, we decided to have a freeze game before going home. Nimo played a happy song and we started dancing. Everyone had fun copying Nimo’s silly dance😊, but when the music stopped, we froze…except for Nimo so, Flowers friends won! Yay! And just like that our fabulous Friday had ended.
Have a great summer vacation to all! To those who are coming to our summer school, see you next week!
Love,
Flowers
