Spring Is Here!

Happy Friday! Springtime is finally here! We could feel the spring breeze as we walked to Step Park today. Arriving at the park, we were excited to see lots of cherry blossoms! Please check out our lovely Sakura photos😊

MORNING ACTIVITIES

We’ve got busy hands and fingers as we explored our table activities. On one table, we loved the “pick and drop pompom” activity. We used tweezers and grabbers to pick up pompoms and dropped them in cups. The variety of sizes and colors of the pompoms fascinated us and made this activity so much more fun and interesting! The other table had interesting puzzles of animals, fruits and school bus. We enjoyed naming the sea creatures and checking their size to see which spot they would fit. Some of our friends were getting faster in completing the puzzles, too!

CIRCLE TIME

We enjoyed reading a book about bugs. There were bees, ladybugs, spiders, dragonflies, snails, and butterflies. We liked how we can make most of these bugs in our Rock, Paper, Scissors song. This week, we worked on recognition and matching colors. Today, we learned The Rainbow Song and enjoyed waving colorful ribbons in the air while singing.

SPIN and SHINE with Maryna

We had a wonderful time dancing to different tunes with Maryna. We danced while holding scarves and even did a peek-a-boo dance! When we did our dance about circles, we enjoyed saying, “Where??”. Thank you so much for the fun dance class, Maryna!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Lots of love,
