March 18, 2026
Today we came to school with a big smile on our faces because we were so excited for our special guests to come! We can’t wait to show them what we have prepared.
E: Am I the second one?
S: I saw you at the park
E: Yes, I saw you too!
T: No, grandma is not coming
P: I am so tired.
K: Why no mommy yet?
After practicing our dance, we sat down in a circle and revisited what we learned yesterday. Then we continued learning the importance of doing things together to make our school community work better by answering the question, do you like doing things with mom? We learned that mom makes time with her more fun by using small voices and kind words. So, we all agreed we are going to use our small voices and kind words towards our friends too.

Then we played the game, Spoon Passing Game. We worked together in passing a wooden block to our friend using a spoon. We learned that we need to stay calm, patient, and help friends to finish tasks given to us.
Finally, we would like to say thank you to all the wonderful moms who celebrated Mom’s Day with us. You made our day very special.
Love,
Flowers
