Small But Fun!

Today we had a small class of 3 friends but we still had a lot of fun! In morning we painted our medals for Sports Day and practiced cutting!!
T: Cut like this? (carefully cut around the circle)
K: Look I can cut all of these! See! I can cut more (cut out 5 circles)
C: Is it like this? It’s kind of hard!

When we painted our medals we used a lot of green and yellow!
C: Look! Yellow!
K: I’m painting!
T: Look I’m painting here!
Everyone painted so much the whole cardboard became green and yellow!

After we continued to read The Squirrels who Squabbled.
M: Why fighting?
K: Because they I want acorns!
C: Only one!
K: 2 squirrels!
C: The bird is scary!
K: (looking at the waterfall) Water! Fall down.
T: Waterfall!
K: Down to the water.
M: Why are they pulling?
T: Because they are friends. (one squirrel is saving the other from getting swept by the water)
M: Do you know greedy?
T: Silly?
K: He will eat all of it by himself.
K: From, owl!
C: Racoon, beaver!
T: Jelly.
C: I like this (points to pie)
K: Animals are sharing!

After we had dance class with Ms. A! We got to move our bodies and play a freeze game after trying a routine! We stretched our legs and made pizza, we learned how to dance the box step, and played the freeze dance game!

At Step park we got to play with the Buds class in the sand and on the slide! It was a lot of fun and no mud!

Thank you for today! We can’t wait for next week! Bye!
