It has been so fun to be back at Ohana! We’re learning how to use gentle hands.

We also welcomed back everyone and a new Ohana friend! We can’t wait to see the rest of our fiends next week.

We were very excited to practice routines and rules. We really got to show how to use gentle hands today!

We learned how to make paper airplanes and fly them gently and safely! Paper airplanes are thrown gently and not smashed down or they won’t be able to fly!

K: Gentle hands!
T: (airplane shown close to the face) Not good!
R: (pointing to a space where there’s no person present) Safe! There!

We got to look for sea animals, too! We gently stick them to us without crumpling them!

T: I did it! (holding a clownfish paper that’s not smushed)
R: Good job! (saying to T)
K: I can do it too! (holding a shark paper that’s still flat)

We finished our day reading about giraffes and now I want to try sleeping standing up!

Thank you for an awesome mini week! We will see you all next week!
