Hi everyone! Welcome to another day in Flowers Class. My goodness, we were so busy partying and playing today.
Thank you for reading our journal.
HASAN’S BYE-BYE PARTY
When we arrived this morning, we were surprised to see that H. and his Dad were already ready for his bye-bye party! We sat in a semi-circle in front of him and started by singing our “Hello song” because we didn’t know the name of his Dad! He told us that his name was A.
We thought that this party was also the occasion for us to learn more about our friend. So, Flowers asked a lot of questions to H.
R.: Are you going to big school?
A.: We are looking for a new school for H.
J.: We will miss you, H.!
R.: I love you!
M.: What is your favorite color?
A.: H. likes blue!
R.: What fruit do you like?
A.: Orange.
S.: I love you!
Z.: Orange daisuki. So yummy!
T.: T. loves orange too!
R.: What is your favorite food?
A.: H. loves rice!
J.: Have a good day!
O.: What lunch do you like?
A.: H. likes to have chips.
R.: Which country do you go?
A.: Singapore.
R.: Where is Singapore?
O.: I went to Singapore before!
R.: I love you!
T.: Do you like something for dessert?
R.: I will miss you!
We gave H. a big hug and took a few pictures together, we also gave him a special card that we made ourselves on which we wrote little messages and our names!
Then, we played musical chairs together. It was so fun!
H.’s dad, A., left and our teachers gave us more time to play with our blocks and toys because this morning we haven’t got enough time!
AXEL’S BYE BYE PARTY
After playing with our Kapla blocks, we gathered around the table again, just like this morning. But this time, it was for Axel’s Bye-bye party. We learned a few days ago that our teacher is not going to come back after Winter school. But is it a sad goodbye? No! He has planned a lot of funny games and presents for us so we can remember the good times we spent together!
T.: I miss you so many times.
R.: I will miss you, and I love you!
Y.: I am going to miss you so much.
Y.: I like to play with you.
J.: What food do you like?
S.: I know, Karaage! Because when we play together you always say Karaage friends!
Axel: I love Karaage! But my favorite food is pasta Bolognese.
S.: I will miss you!
M.: What’s your favorite car?
Axel: I like twingo because they are funny!
O.: Thank you for being my friend and a kind teacher.
A.: What Monster truck do you like?
Axel: Hmm, the blue one?
Y.: The shark one?
J.: Do you have a favorite Pokemon card?
Axel: I like the shiny Lugia one!
R.: What is your favorite country?
Axel: I like Japan so much!
Y.: What is your favorite dinosaur?
Axel: Triceratops, their horns are cool!
S.: What is color?
Axel: I love Turquoise!
A.: What is your favorite Lamborghini?
Axel: Oh, I like the yellow ones!
R.: What is your favorite princess?
Axel: I like Mulan. I used to watch her movie every day when I was 5 years old!
Y.: What is your favorite T-shirt?
Axel: I have a lot of video games T-shirts. I love those ones!
After that, we gave him a card that we had made by ourselves with a lot of lovely messages, drawings and all our names and pictures. Axel was so happy that he had tears coming into his eyes. Everyone gave him big hugs.
He told us that because he had such a great time in Flowers Class, he wanted to thank us all by giving us small gifts. We were so happy!
But it’s not over yet! It wouldn’t be a party without its lot of games!
We all played together and had fun. Our Question of the day was saying: “Are you ready for another party” and it seems that we were!
A little word from Axel: “I would like to take this opportunity to say ‘Thank you’ to all the amazing children, as well as the incredible parents and caregivers who are part of this beautiful Ohana family. I have learned so much during my time at school and created countless unforgettable memories with all the children I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Even if our paths may diverge, I will always hold those precious moments and remarkable people close to my heart. Thank you, truly.”
Although, our teacher will still be there until the end of winter school, so we still have plenty of time to play together!
Thank you for following our daily adventures
Lots of Love,
Flowers Children
