We ended our week playing with play dough and the kitchen. We like to make yummy food with play dough and cook up yummy food for the teachers in the play kitchen. Some friends finished up the Dad’s Day trophy and wrote #1 DAD all by themselves. Once we finished up our morning free play, we had circle time. Today for circle time, we talked about going around the neighborhood and what we saw during our walks.
E : Map! Parks! We walked around…
M : Neighborhood.
L : Neighborhood!
M : Yes! ABC school.
Esmi : Did we see people?
L : No.
L : Yes.
E : Yeah.
L : Police man.
M : Yes! ABC school.
E : Temple.
T: Down the street. Big home.
L : Apple. Loki and S house!
Then we had story time. Today we read, “A Visitor for Bear” by Bonny Becker. A story about a lonely bear without a neighbor
M : Bear! I like sheep.
T : Mountain!
E : My friend N comes over.
L : W and S come visit us.
Esmi : Should the mouse come uninvited?
A : No! Go away!
After story time we had dance class then went for a walk to see a pond. We looked for small fish at the pond with our friends. We finished our day with lunch and a nap.
Thank you all for another fabulous week! Hope you all have a wonderful evening and we will see you all again next time!
Love,
Petals
