Today is the last full day of the school year and we started our day greeting and hugging our friends. We were asking our teachers if our friends are coming because school is ending and we wanted to spend more time with them.
R: I’m going to eat dinner with Jaejun.
A: Is Jaejun coming? It’s Jaejun’s birthday yesterday.
E: Is Peggy coming?
K: Where is Sarara?
A: Where is Seigo? Is Seigo coming?
J: I want to play with Peggy!
S: Look, I have Keigo’s (pouch). I think my mom made a mistake.
During circle time, we discussed how we can make waffles and thought carefully about what we needed to make one. We learned that making waffles takes time because we need to cook them one at a time in the waffle maker. To make cooking easier, we opted to make the other half of the batter into pancakes. Our waffle/pancake party was a sweet way to celebrate our time here in Flowers.

We had so much fun time with friends. To friends who are not coming to school tomorrow, we will miss you. Please come by when you can.
