Happy Monday! It’s the last week of the school term and it’s been a busy day! We practiced for our winter party, did PE, and finished a very special project that we’ve been doing for months!
CIRCLE TIME
We did a short review of how to be patient.
L: Sitting down.
K: No punching.
M: Raise our hands.
E: Waiting.
We also remembered our conversations about being kind, helpful, and respectful.
QUESTION OF THE DAY
J: Do you like to try new things?
S: No, because I’m scared if I will like it or not.
S: No, it’s scary.
M: Yes, because it’s fun.
R: I don’t like it because I’m scared.
K: Yes, because I like to play with something new.
We thought about what it means to be brave.
P: Try it and tell if it’s scary or not.
S: It means you’re not afraid of things.
We think that trying new things makes you brave, and doing something even when you’re a little scared makes you brave too! What other ways can we show that we are brave? Let’s keep thinking about it and continue our discussion tomorrow!
Tomorrow is our Winter Party! We’re so excited to show you many things that we have been working on! We hope you’re excited too!
